Pay per pitch podcast booking
Pay-per-pitch booking charges for each pitch sent to a host, instead of a monthly agency retainer or a platform subscription. PodcastPlacer charges $0.20 per pitch sent; finding shows, host contacts and reply handling are not charged.
What one pitch includes
- A show picked for the guest's topics from 3.4 million podcasts.
- The host, booker or producer contact.
- A pitch written for that show and sent from a pre-warmed inbox.
- Replies answered from the guest's facts, through to a booked date.
How the billing works
- $0.20 per pitch sent. A new account starts with $20 in free credits, which covers the first 100 pitches.
- A daily budget caps spend; pausing campaigns stops it.
- No subscription and no minimum term. Top-ups of $30 or $100.
The four billing models for getting booked

| Monthly bookings plan | Podcast Bookers | $700/month for 2 bookings, $900 for 4 | A quota of confirmed bookings |
| Platform subscription | PodMatch | $32 or $64 per month | Access to hosts; you do the messaging |
| Tool subscription | Podseeker | $99/month | Database and pitch tool; your team sends |

When per-pitch billing fits
Per-pitch billing fits a guest who wants volume control: the spend scales with pitches sent, not with a month passing. A retainer fits when someone else should run the whole program and a fixed number of bookings per month is the goal.
