- Picks shows that fit the guest's topics.
- Finds the host or booker and sends the pitch.
- Follows up, answers host questions and schedules the recording.
How agencies bill
Most agencies bill per month for a set number of confirmed bookings. Podcast Bookers lists $700 a month for 2 bookings and $900 for 4. ExpertBookers lists the same monthly rates plus a 12-interview campaign at $2,520. Both charge $150 for a one-sheet or bio-sheet. Kitcaster asks you to apply and does not publish prices.

PodcastPlacer does the agency steps with an agent: it reads a LinkedIn profile or website, matches the guest against 3.4 million podcasts, writes and sends the pitches, answers host replies and books the dates. It charges $0.20 per pitch sent; $20 free credits on a new account. There is no subscription, no per-seat fee and no minimum term.
