Free credits
New accounts start with $10 in free credits, which covers your first 100 pitches. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
Top-ups and the daily cap
You add credit in one-time top-ups of $10 or $50. You also set a daily budget that caps how much the agent can spend in a day, and spending stops the moment you pause your campaigns.
What is not charged
- Reading a LinkedIn profile or a website;
- Building show clusters and searching the podcast database;
- Surfacing the host, booker or producer behind a show;
- Drafting pitches you have not sent;
- Handling replies to pitches you already paid for.
Billing
Payments are handled by Stripe. Full billing terms, including how accrued usage is charged and when top-ups can be refunded, are in the Terms of Use.
