About
PodcastPlacer is a podcast guest booking service. You give it a LinkedIn profile URL or a website. The agent researches the guest, builds show clusters, matches them against a database of 3.4 million podcasts, surfaces the host or booker behind each show, writes the pitches, sends them, answers the replies, and coordinates the booking. It costs $0.10 per pitch sent.
What the product does
- Reads the profile or site and works out what the guest can speak about;
- Turns that into show clusters, which become the campaigns you run;
- Finds matching shows and the host, booker or producer contact for each;
- Drafts the pitches and shows you the show list and sample pitches before anything sends;
- Sends from a pool of pre-warmed mailboxes, never from your own domain;
- Answers host replies from the guest facts you set, and hands back anything those facts do not cover.
Who it is for
Individuals, founders, authors, consultants, agencies, and PR professionals. Agencies and PR people run one project per client, and the pitches go out on the client's behalf rather than pretending to be them.
Pricing
$0.10 per pitch sent. No subscription, no per-seat fee, no charge for finding shows. New accounts start with $10 in free credits, which covers the first 100 pitches. Full detail is on the pricing page.
