Agencies
Agencies with a person running your campaign charge a monthly fee tied to a number of bookings. Podcast Bookers and ExpertBookers both list $700 a month for 2 bookings and $900 for 4, which works out to $225 to $350 per booking. Both list a $150 one-sheet or bio-sheet on top. Kitcaster does not publish prices.
Matching platforms and databases
Platforms such as PodMatch ($32 or $64 a month for guests) and MatchMaker.fm ($15 a month after a 30-day trial) charge a subscription for access to hosts; you write and send the messages. Podseeker charges $99 a month for its database and pitching tool with 3 seats. PodcastGuests.com sends a free weekly list of shows that want guests.
Pay per pitch
PodcastPlacer charges $0.10 for each pitch it sends and nothing for finding shows, reading your profile or handling replies. A new account starts with $10 in credits, which covers 100 pitches. You set a daily budget and top up in $10 or $50 amounts.
What changes the price
