Subject: Episode idea for [Show name]

Hi [Host first name],

[Show name] is a [kind of show] that is still putting out new episodes. I'm writing about [Guest name], [one line on who they are and why listeners would take them seriously].

A few episodes [Guest first name] could do:
- [Episode idea 1]
- [Episode idea 2]
- [Episode idea 3]

[Guest first name] brings [real stories from X] and will share the episode with [their audience].

Worth a 20-minute episode?

Best,
[Your name]

The five parts

  1. Greeting with the host's first name.
  2. Two sentences: the show (title, kind of show, still running), then who the guest is and why listeners would care.
  3. Two or three episode ideas, specific enough that the host could record them with someone else.
  4. One sentence on what the guest brings: stories, and promotion of the episode to their own audience.
  5. One short question as the ask.
